AVSU was founded in 1991 in Palm Springs, California, located in the beautiful Coachella Valley.

We focus on service, whether we’re in the support role for our venue and production clients, or more hands-on for our event planners.

Having worn so many hats over the last 30+ years, we aim to be your all-in-one company, coordinating your audio visual equipment and technical crew needs.

AVSU began as a labor support company, which is why service has always been our priority. We later expanded into equipment sub rental support for the local hotels and resorts. And, now, as the Valley has grown so much, our clients include the local casinos, entertainment venues, local 501c3 organizations, and, of course, the many visiting event planners and production companies, .
